Please see below how to use our customer portal for your adjustments and payments

Making a one time adjustment for less – more, extra products ( NOT to change your regular order !)

  • To make an adjustment to your delivery please log in to your account ” my Account ” tab and use the ” Delivery Adjustments ” tab
  • Click on it and click adjust delivery. Click on the date you want the adjustment for. You will now see your regular order if you want to make a one-time adjustment to this order click the plus or minus buttons, if you do not want the product at all click the orange remove product button.
  •  If you wish to add a product you do not normally have click the green “ add more products ” button at the bottom of the page and add your product. After all this simply click save

How to change your regular weekly or fortnightly order 

  • To make an adjustment to your regular order please log in to your account ” my Account ” tab and use the ” Regular  Weekly Orders” tab
  • Click on it and click replace.. You will now see your regular order, just click the plus or minus buttons to change product quantity.
  • If you do not want the product at all click the orange remove product button. If you wish to add a product you do not normally have click the green ” add more products ” button at the bottom of the page and add your product. After all this simply click the blue place order button. Your regular order has now been replaced

How to set a holiday break

  • To make an adjustment for a holiday please log in to your account ” my Account ” tab and use the ” Holiday Break ” tab
  • Click on it and click set holiday break. Click on the dates you will be on holiday. Your deliveries will resume from that date. A box will come up showing when your deliveries for that week will continue. Click set holiday break button in blue to finalise it.

How to message your milkman ( Please DO NOT use this for adjustments please use deliveries adjustments tab )

  • To send your milkman a message please log in to your account ” my Account ” tab and use the ” Messages to Milkman ” tab
  • Click on it and click send new message. Type your message and click the blue send message button. “This is NOT for adjustments or holidays”

How to set up a direct debit

  • When you login to my account you will see a red box explaining the benefits of direct debit and underneath this there is a tab ” setup direct debit ” .
  • Clicking this tab takes you to BottomLine an award winning direct debit company. simply enter your direct debit details and click save. After approx. 3-5 days our system will get notification that your direct debit is setup. This a variable direct debit system and will only take out the money that is owed in our system,  it’s not a fixed amount per week month etc.
